International deliveries vary by country however the expected timeframe is between 5 -14 business days.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, credit note or a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item please post the parcel back to us within 5 working days.
Unless faulty or an incorrect item was sent the return postage is at the customers cost however once an item is received back Acorn will post out exchanges at our cost.
In the event a refund is provided it will be for the cost of the goods excluding the postage. If an order qualified for free postage but once it is in full or partly refunded it would no longer be eligible for free postage the usual postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is no change of mind refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code or credit note. An online credit will be issued to you in these circumstances.

We recommend you wash your Acorn cotton hat with a gentle cool machine wash in a mild detergent.
Line dry in the shade taking care to ensure the shape of the hat and brim are maintained.
Cool iron on the reverse side if required.
Do not soak, rub, wring, bleach or tumble dry.
I have a blonde haired blue eyed toddler who is basically vampire and these hats have the best brims. They’re structured enough that they aren’t floppy and she can see, and they also fold up well in a bag and then spring back into place so easy. The straps are great too. She’s had this brand since she was little and I will continue to buy them until she outgrows the brand completely. Great variety of designs too. 10/10

Purchased 2 of these for my boys (always have to have the same 🙊) and we are very happy with them! The hats are lightweight and provide great coverage. Love the design/colour and they fit as per recommendation of sizing.
