Shipping Policy

At Acorn we deliver all orders using Australia Post. All orders are traceable. 

Australian Deliveries

  • FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $80
  • $6.00 flat rate for shipping for all orders $80 and under 
  • $12.00 express post shipping is available at the checkout

Australian deliveries will take between 2 - 7 working days

International Deliveries

  • $22.00 flat rate for shipping to New Zealand
  • $24.00 flat rate shipping to USA and Canada
  • $28.00 flat rate for shipping to all other countries

When ordering outside Australia, it is our aim to have your order to you in approximately 5 -14 working days.

Postage Service Used within Australia

Depending on the size of your order items are sent as trackable letters and will be left in a safe place at your residence. Larger orders will be sent as trackable parcels and will be taken to the local Post Office if you are not home. 

If you wish to ensure your order is taken to the Post Office if you are not home please choose the express post service when placing your order.

Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue we rely on the tracking information from Australia Post, where the parcel tracking indicates it has not yet been delivered and is over the expected timeframes we will investigate the matter through an enquiry lodged with Australia Post. These enquiries can take up to 10 days once lodged. Once an order's tracking status is noted as delivered then any dispute over its delivery is between the addressee and Australia Post. 


Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, online credit note or a refund for the cost of the goods. Our policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since your order was received we are very sorry that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an online order the parcel must be sent back to us within 5 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note there is no change of mind refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code or credit note. An online credit will be issued to you in these circumstances valid for 4 months.
