Delivery Issues
In the event of a delivery issue, we rely on Australia Post tracking information. If the parcel tracking indicates it has not yet been delivered and is outside the expected timeframes, we will investigate the matter by lodging an enquiry with Australia Post. These enquiries can take up to 10 days to be processed once lodged. Once an order's tracking status is noted as delivered, any dispute over its delivery must be taken up with Australia Post.
