International deliveries vary by country however the expected timeframe is between 5 -14 business days.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, credit note or a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item please post the parcel back to us within 5 working days.
Unless faulty or an incorrect item was sent the return postage is at the customers cost however once an item is received back Acorn will post out exchanges at our cost.
In the event a refund is provided it will be for the cost of the goods excluding the postage. If an order qualified for free postage but once it is in full or partly refunded it would no longer be eligible for free postage the usual postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is no change of mind refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code or credit note. An online credit will be issued to you in these circumstances.

With straw hats we recommend you spot clean only using a damp cloth and mild detergent if required.
I love the look of this hat, plus it's an easy fit where most other one-size hats are a bit of a squeeze for me. Wire in the brim makes it easy to reshape. One star off as I didn't realise how loose the crochet was so it doesn't give full sun coverage. Still adore wearing this hat though!

Thank you for your review of our Santorini Crochet Straw Hat. We appreciate your comments about the crochet , yes these style of hats will always have some small gaps as they are weaved and made with some flexibility so they can be rolled and easily carried with you. We do also have the cotton hats that have no gaps and are rated UPF50+.
