We deliver all orders using Australia Post. All orders are traceable.
Australian deliveries should take between 2 - 7 business days.
New Zealand Deliveries
New Zealand deliveries should take between 3 - 10 business days.
Other International Deliveries
International deliveries vary by country however the expected timeframe is between 5 -14 business days.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, credit note or a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item please post the parcel back to us within 5 working days.
Unless faulty or an incorrect item was sent the return postage is at the customers cost however once an item is received back Acorn will post out exchanges at our cost.
In the event a refund is provided it will be for the cost of the goods excluding the postage. If an order qualified for free postage but once it is in full or partly refunded it would no longer be eligible for free postage the usual postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is no change of mind refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code or credit note. An online credit will be issued to you in these circumstances valid for four months.
