The chin cord with a tie (no toggle) keeps the hat snug and secure for busy little adventurers, and you can thread it through the eyelets on the brim when flipped around. (No toggle on reversible styles — the cord needs to be a tie so it can switch sides!) An adjustable tie cord around the head means you can pull it in for the perfect fit.
The wide brim provides plenty of shade and measures for each size (S: 6 cm, M: 6.5 cm, L: 7 cm, XL: 7.5 cm).

Australian Deliveries
Australian deliveries should take between 2 and 7 business days.
New Zealand Deliveries
New Zealand deliveries should take between 3 and 10 business days.
Other International Deliveries (EXC USA)
International deliveries vary by country; however, the expected timeframe is between 5 and 14 business days.
Please note we do not currently ship to the USA due to tariff and shipping changes. We apologise for this and hope to review this as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, credit note or a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item please post the parcel back to us within 5 working days.
Unless faulty or an incorrect item was sent the return postage is at the customers cost however once an item is received back Acorn will post out exchanges at our cost.
In the event a refund is provided it will be for the cost of the goods excluding the postage. If an order qualified for free postage but once it is in full or partly refunded it would no longer be eligible for free postage the usual postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is no change of mind refund on items purchased using a credit note or items from the sale sections. An online credit will be issued to you in these circumstances. (This does not include full priced items purchased during a store wide discount, as these are current stock they are eligible for a refund if not suitable).

To keep your Acorn cotton hat looking its best, we recommend a cool, gentle hand wash using a mild detergent.
If you prefer to machine wash, use a gentle cycle in a front-loading machine. We don't recommend washing in a top-loading machine with a central agitator, as this can affect the shape of the hat.
Line dry in the shade, gently reshaping the hat and brim while damp to help maintain its shape.
Cool iron on the reverse side, if needed.
Do not soak, rub, wring, bleach or tumble dry.
