(No toggle on reversible styles — the cord needs to switch sides!) An adjustable tie cord around the head means you can pull it in for the perfect fit.

Australian deliveries should take between 2 - 7 business days.
New Zealand Deliveries
New Zealand deliveries should take between 3 - 10 business days.
Other International Deliveries
International deliveries vary by country however the expected timeframe is between 5 -14 business days.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, credit note or a refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once you have notified us of your intention to return an item please post the parcel back to us within 5 working days.
Unless faulty or an incorrect item was sent the return postage is at the customers cost however once an item is received back Acorn will post out exchanges at our cost.
In the event a refund is provided it will be for the cost of the goods excluding the postage. If an order qualified for free postage but once it is in full or partly refunded it would no longer be eligible for free postage the usual postage charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in it’s original condition, with Acorn Kids swing tags attached and you must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is no change of mind refund on items purchased using a credit note or items from the sale sections. An online credit will be issued to you in these circumstances. (This does not include full priced items purchased during a store wide discount, as these are current stock they are eligible for a refund if not suitable).

We recommend you wash your Acorn cotton hat with a gentle cool machine wash in a mild detergent.
Line dry in the shade taking care to ensure the shape of the hat and brim are maintained.
Cool iron on the reverse side if required.
Do not soak, rub, wring, bleach or tumble dry.
My little girl gets comments on this beautiful hat whenever she wears it. I love the reversible design but know that means the tie under the chin needs to be put in a bow rather than a pull up system. That can be alittle challenging when my toddler is excited to leave and won’t sit still. I would still recommend it though!
